1. No identifying information about your child (PII)

Niva does not collect personal identifying data such as your child's full name, national ID, birth certificate number, or exact date of birth. Check-ins are processed using general age ranges and remain anonymous.

2. Check-in data and the website

Answers from the 2-minute web check-in are not stored on our servers. Processing happens in your browser. After your summary is shown, response data is kept locally on a short-term or ephemeral basis, or cleared. We do not log check-in answers on servers or in URLs.

3. No email collection on the website

Niva does not collect email addresses on the website. Phone is our primary support channel. If you enter a mobile number in the contact form or to receive an app link, it is used only for that specific purpose.

4. No sharing or sale of data

Niva does not sell or transfer user information or statistical data to advertisers, organizations, or third parties.

5. Your right to delete data

You may clear locally stored information at any time by deleting browser data or contacting Niva support.

6. Changes to this policy

If our privacy practices change, updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
