Content on the Niva website and app is for awareness and education only. The platform is not a provider of medical diagnosis, specialized treatment, or clinical prescriptions. Using Niva does not replace consultation with a pediatrician, occupational therapist, or psychologist.
2. Limits of the check-in tool
Results from Niva online check-ins are based on parent observations and self-reported information. They are not a formal clinical evaluation. Parents remain responsible for how they use general, play-based suggestions at home.
3. Intellectual property
All content, articles, designs, trademarks, and software on Niva belong to the platform. Unauthorized copying may violate intellectual property laws.
4. Changes to services
Niva reserves the right to update, modify, or improve services, articles, and app features at any time.
